3. Data Channel Establishment:
   • The TCP server acquires a UDP server and sends its information to both the first and second terminal devices.
   • The first terminal device sends a channel establishment request to the UDP server via a second preset protocol.
   • The UDP server builds a data transmission channel between the first and second terminal devices.
