The content of this document shall apply equally to all the companies that make up the Isern Patentes y Marcas Group – hereinafter referred to as “ISERN”.
This Legal Notice is divided into different sections, the content of which must be considered and interpreted as a whole, as a single text in which the conditions governing the User’s access to the Website are established.
User shall mean any person who accesses, browses or uses the services and activities, whether free of charge or for a fee, available through the Website.
In accordance with the provisions of article 10 section 1 of Law 34/2002, of 11 July, on information society services and electronic commerce (hereinafter, LSSI), the following data relating to the service provider are provided:

All notifications and communications between Users and ISERN will be considered duly made for legal purposes when they are made by post to the postal address indicated above or by e-mail to protecciondedatos@isern.com, accompanied by the corresponding -Accessible in the Privacy Policy section- and previously and reliably accrediting the identity of the requesting party by providing a photocopy of the identity document.
2. Purpose and acceptance
These Terms and Conditions of Use regulate the access, browsing and use of the Website “https://www.vendopatente. com/” (hereinafter, “the Website”), by the users of the same, as well as the responsibilities derived from the use of its contents (understanding “contents”, by way of example but not limited to, texts, graphics, drawings, designs, codes, software, photographs, audios, music, videos, sounds, databases, images, photographs, expressions and information, as well as any other creation protected by national laws and international treaties on Intellectual Property).
By the availability and public access of this document, it is understood that, by accessing, browsing and using the Website, the user fully and unreservedly accepts each and every one of the provisions contained in this Legal Notice as well as in the Website’s Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy, which will be updated in accordance with the regulations in force at any given time and/or specific needs that may arise.
This Legal Notice will not apply to the use and/or contracting of specific services offered by ISERN through the Web Site. In these particular cases, ISERN will offer specific information about each product or service if necessary.
3. Access and use of the Website
This Web domain is owned by ISERN.
Access to the Web Site by the Users is free and free of charge.
Access, browsing and correct use of the Web Site is the exclusive responsibility of the User. In this sense, the User undertakes to make correct use of the Web Site in accordance with the laws, good faith, public order, traffic uses and undertakes to diligently observe and comply with the indications specified in this Legal Notice.
In particular, it is forbidden for the User to:

- Introduce computer viruses into the network or carry out actions that may alter, interrupt or generate errors or damage to electronic documents, data or physical and logical systems of ISERN or third parties; as well as hinder the access of other users to the Web Site and its services by means of massive consumption of computer resources through which ISERN provides its services.
- Attempt to access other users’ e-mail accounts or restricted areas of ISERN’s or third parties’ computer systems and, where appropriate, extract information.
- Violate Intellectual Property rights and/or violate the confidentiality of ISERN or third party information.
- Impersonates the identity of another user, public administrations or any other third party.
ISERN will not assume any responsibility for potential damage or errors produced by the User during access, browsing and use of the Web Site and its content.
ISERN reserves the right to modify, delete or update the contents of the Web Site and/or temporarily or permanently suspend access to it.
ISERN has the right to terminate, suspend or interrupt access to the contents of the Web Site at any time and without prior notice, without the User being able to demand any compensation.
The content included on the Website is of a general nature and is for information purposes only, and access to all content is not fully guaranteed, nor is its completeness, correctness, validity, timeliness, suitability or usefulness for a specific purpose. 4. Ownership of intellectual property rights
ISERN is a registered trademark.
ISERN is the owner of all the Intellectual Property rights that exist on the Web Site, including but not limited to: brands, commercial names, trade names, designs, photographs, texts, software, databases, articles, videos, sound recordings, etc.
ISERN will expressly inform of contents that are owned by third parties or of which use is made through collaboration.
ISERN is legitimised for the use of the content included in its Web Site.
The mere access of the User to the Web Site content does not imply, under any circumstances, the transmission, licence or total or partial transfer of any type of Intellectual Property Rights or of any other type by ISERN in favour of the User.
Likewise, it is informed that access and/or downloading of the files that make up or are provided through the Web Site shall not constitute an authorisation or concession of a licence for their use and/or commercialisation.

ISERN is not responsible for the content that the User sends through the Web Site. In the event that said content is or may be protected by Intellectual Property rights or of any other nature, the User will be responsible for acquiring, in advance, the authorisations, licences or rights of use that are necessary in order to guarantee the lawfulness of the subsequent processing and use by ISERN.
5. Responsibility and guarantees
ISERN is responsible for managing the Web Site and will use all reasonable means at its disposal to ensure that the content and services offered on the Web Site are accurate and up to date at all times.
The content of the Website is merely informative and, consequently, Isern is exempt from any type of responsibility regarding the veracity or accuracy of the totality of the content, whether its own or that of third parties, or of possible comments or opinions that may be made by the Users, in the possible spaces provided for this purpose on the Website.
The formal contractual relationship between the User and ISERN will be governed by the Particular Conditions agreed between the Parties, the Web Site being a merely informative space.
ISERN is constantly working on the adoption and implementation of updated technological measures that are appropriate in order to prevent damages to Users and to guarantee the correct availability and operation of the Web Site. In spite of the above, ISERN will not be responsible for possible damages of any nature that may be caused to the User when visiting the Web Site, including, but not limited to, possible incomplete information, errors in the content, errors in the availability of the Web Site, errors in the computer system or the transmission of viruses or malicious programmes as a consequence of accessing the Web Site.
Likewise, ISERN declines any responsibility for information that is outside this Web Site and is not managed directly by our webmaster. The function of the links that appear on this web site is exclusively to inform the user about the existence of other sources that may extend the contents offered on this web site. ISERN does not guarantee or take responsibility for the operation or accessibility of the linked sites; nor does it suggest, invite or recommend a visit to them, nor will it be responsible for the results obtained. ISERN is not responsible for the establishment of hyperlinks by third parties.
6. Authorised links and links to other websites
It is forbidden to provide a link to the Web Site from any other web page outside ISERN without its express prior authorisation.
In the event that the use of the link to the Web Site is authorised, this must always lead to the home page. Consequently, the use of frames or any other mechanism that totally or partially alters the design and content of the Web Site is prohibited.
The establishment of a hyperlink does not imply in any case the existence of a relationship between ISERN and the owner of the Web Site in which the hyperlink is provided, nor the acceptance and approval by ISERN of the contents or services offered by that third party.

9. Applicable law and jurisdiction
In the event that any user or third party considers that there are facts or circumstances that reveal the unlawful nature of the use of any content and/or the carrying out of any activity on the web pages included or accessible through the Website, they must send a notification to protecciondedatos@isern.com duly identifying themselves, specifying the alleged infringements and expressly declaring, under their responsibility, that the information provided in the notification is accurate.
The legislation applicable to this Website shall be that of Spain, without prejudice to the application, in particular cases, of other regulations dictated by the competent authority.
Any discrepancy or dispute that may arise from the use of or access to the Website shall be the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Barcelona, Spain.
